I am so proud of Simba
I felt he would need a companion(didn't have anything to do with me loving boxers and wanting another one LOL) so I got him a girlfriend. Naulla is 6 weeks old. I was worried because he plays a little rough. He's 5 months old and weighs 45 lbs. and she weighs 9 pounds. Anyway he is very gentle with her. She is really aggressive, lunges at him growling and barking. She grabs hold of his bottom lip and shakes it. And he just rolls over and lets her. When he's had enough he just pushes her off with his paw. If she gets under his feet, he tries to step over her. When they are play fighting he just mouths her instead of biting. Now thats not to say he's not a little jealous of her, if she's in your lap, he has to get in your lap too. Are all boxers this sweet? I was so afraid he would crush her or get mad at her aggressive behavior and tear into her,but none of that has happened, even though I still watch them closely just incase. I gave her a bath today, which she hated, and when he heard her crying he kept jumping on the bathroom door trying to get in. Isn't life grand when you own a boxer (or 2)?

What a good big brother!
Sounds like he is going to take good care of his little sister.
Lucky you! You have two Boxers!
I want another one too!!!!

What a good boy you are Simba. Your little sister must just be loving having you as a brother.

Good boy Simba! What a great big brother you are.
I wish I had another boxer for Joey to grow up with!

I'm right there too in wanting another Boxer for Buster. Since Buster's a flashy brindle I'd like to get a plain fawn. I would like Buster to be a little older before I get another one, as training two at one time would be difficult (as a single mother)...but boxers are the only dogs I'll ever have from now on. I can even see myself having three (maybe)...maybe add a white one in the mix too. Yep...I'm definitely nuts - but absolutely boxer crazy!
