We added an eight week old boxer puppy when our Boxer boy was 13 months old.
He was gentle and needed only reminding a couple of times. They played from day one - chasing and play fighting.
She survived and now she is 10 months old she is almost as big as him and giving as good as she gets.
The play is rough, it is very noisy and my furniture gets thumped into and jumped on every day.
But at the end of each play session they curl up together in the same bed.
Each morning they bean a greeting to each other- they are great together and I know it was right to get another of the same breed.
