I had the garage door open for a second and Jada ran out to the front yard. She normally goes down the street to visit the dogs around the corner where our friend lives, so I jumped in our truck to go get her and the lady outside said she didn't see a boxer. My heart started racing and I drove back home to see if she was in the cul-de-sac where we live. Our motorhome is on the street from us being gone over the weekend and the door was open. I looked in there and she was sitting inside, looking out, watching me go crazy trying to find her. She had this look on her face like "what Mom, what are you doing? Lets go bye-bye !!!" I was so glad she was okay all I could do is put her back in the house and laugh at her expression on her face. Boy, what entertainment I had first thing in the morning. What can I do to get her not to run down the street?

I can see her just sitting there watching you drive around looking for her! I don't have any suggestions on keeping her from running down the street though. Koda runs out the garage to meet me when I get home from work. I just open my door and he hops right in before I pull into the garage. Sometimes I think he's in the garage waiting for me to open it.
