I think Teagan will be tiny!

Okay, I think my little baby girl is going to stay pretty small even for a female boxer. She is almost 8 months old (at the end of January) and she will probably be around 35 or 36lbs. At what point is their size fully grown? To me she just looks so tiny. She eats very well and our vet says she looks great, but she is just going to be my little girl! I just love her so much!

Hi. Look in boxer anatomy and physiology and there are a numer of threads that address this and compare sizes of boxers. They really vary so your sweetie may be on the small side or she may end up average. The boxer standard is on this site too and that is a god comparison as well. Your girl is cute!

My Bella was tiny at 7 months only 26 pounds. She is now almost a 1 1/2 and 45 pounds. Her height is normal, she is just very slender and coltish looking.

My friend at work's boxer girl is only about 38 lbs and she's 4 yrs old but she just had 10 puppies, so that goes to show you. I guess this puts it all in perspective for me too, my Deezil is 6 months and weighs 42 lbs, I might have a monster soon.

If she's only 8 months she's got a while of growing left to do. Boxers don't completely fill out until 2-3 years of age so she still has lots of time to grow yet.
