Poor Missy Tessa! We've had a few bad experiences at the dog park as well. I dont' think we'll be going back. Dallas has some strict leash laws, so it is hard to find a good place to let Molly burn.

I'm so sorry for your experience. Some people are just irresponsible when it comes to their dogs.

Sending Tessa wiggles and hugs!

I don't take Jet to dog parks either. He goes to doggy day care 2 days a week with his best buddy Hercules (a Great Dane). We very very careful in choosing this daycare, getting references, showing up t o tour at odd times and it has been absolutely wonderful. Jet comes home so happy, and worn out.

I'm so sorry that you and Tessa had such a bad dog park experience, there is just no good excuse for bad dog owners, period. If you choose to give it another try, I would suggest early in the day during the week, avoid after work and weekends as suggested by others. Also doggy day care is wonderful.
