EEEEW Fishy!

You guys always give the scoop on most subjects regarding our babies.
WHY DIDN"T ANYONE MENTION THAT BULLY STICKS SMELL LIKE A MILLION DEAD ROTTEN FISH??
Henry always gets a big raw meaty bone to chew. However me and my son decided to go to the ice cream parlour and sit outside with our treats. We thought Henry might like a treat to enjoy there too, so we slipped into petco to get him something to chew on (I didn't think members of the public would enjoy their ice cream watching Henry munch on raw meat).
So we bought a 12inch bully stick. OMG it stunk once he started to soften it!
My son then took great delight when DH called and said 'Dad, Mom bought henry a penis to eat at the top of his voice!'.
DH was not impressed at all and said it was disgusting and would not give Henry a kiss that night LOL.
Anyway, he carried his treat all the way home and hid under the table with it.
I had to go get a real bone out of the fridge to get him to drop the bully stick and I promptly snatched it ran out of the house and threw it in the trash.
MY WHOLE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE A FISH MARKET!!
Henry has been sniffing around looking for it ever since.
We will be back to just raw bones from now on.

OK, just had to say that I am at work...and could not help but laugh. Yes, I think my co-workers will think I am a bit coo-coo. TOO FUNNY!

Now I KNOW that they smell... I dont think I'll get Sophie one of those.
