Ohio Bash?

I was looking at the boxer rescure website http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/**************************************************** and went under the event section, it looks like there is going to be a get together in Strongsville Ohio on Sept. 16. I am going to find out more information, but I'll keep you posted, so maybe, just maybe Ohio will be having another Boxer Bash.

As far as the Ohio Boxer Bash goes, I found out it really isn't a bash. It is more of a Rescue Bash. I just recently became a foster parent and have been informed about all of these get togethers for the Boxer Rescue Community. I just went to one yesterday at the Natural History Museum in Cleveland. I have to say I really enjoyed it. There were tons of people coming up to us asking about Boxers and wanting to know how they can adopt. It was a great feeling. This event coming up in September you can bring the dogs to, but we walk for donations, have prizes, and LOTS of FUN I hope to see a lot of us Ohioians there.

Do any of you happen to know if there will be a Boxer Bash near Columbus anytime soon? We are *finally* getting our "daughter" this Friday and are anxious to introduce her to some new friends! From what I have learned, she is too young to go to the dog park (must be spayed) so any other opportunities to make Boxer friends would be most appreciated! =)

Sounds like fun to me! We went to G.O. Boxer Rescue's bash in June and had LOADS of fun....Legend was only 11 weeks old too!

Where is Strongsville? I'd be willing to drive to get together with some Boxerworld Buddies. (I'm in Cincinnati, OH) A mini-bash in Columbus would be great!
