Please would you take another look?
Ok, a while ago I posted about Rubys eyes, the lower lid seems just a little droopy to me, in the last 2 days I've had a couple of comments about her 'pink eyes!' She is now 23 weeks and this morning I took 3 close ups which should be in the gallery soon. Please take a look, I'd love some expert opinions! thanks

They look very loose, but aside from the cosmetic aspect, it probably won't cause her any problems. At 23 weeks, she may still be teething too. And just as teething has weird and wonderful effects on things like ears, it seems to affect the eye rims too. It's quite likely that they'll tighten up somewhat as she matures (though I don't expect she'll ever have especially tight eye rims).

I know you wanted "expert" opinions..which I am far from. Just know what I know from here or personal experience. So take this for what its worth, I don't see a health concern with the eyelid. AS gmacleod said(THE expert..not said scarcastically..I believe she knows the most of anyone) aside from a cosmetic "problem" I don't think any ill effects will happen. And as a side note..cutest face I've seen in a while! I think it adds character to her face.

Maxwell has some eyes almost like your baby. The vet said that it shouldn't cause any problems except that we may have to put some artificial tears in them everyday. That is if they start drying out. Cute baby you have.

Hoss had droopier lower lids that gradually tightened up, still somewhat loose but not to the point where anyone comments.
When he is tired, the white parts can look more red. Other than that, there have not been any issues with looser lids. On your baby, they add to her adorable expression!

Adah's were lose like that as well, maybe even looser, but as she has gotten older, 8 months now, they have tightened up, as gmacleod stated, they will probably never be especially tight, but they aren't as droopy as they were. When she is tired they still look red too. but they give her even MORE character

Lola's are the same Louise, now she's older they have tightened up some but they are droopy compared to Zeb's and always have been.
I just think as long as it's not harming her etc she is still beautiful and it adds to her character, it's not like I plan to show her.

I've been worried about Gracie's lids too but the vet says there's no problem and she may 'grow into them'!!! Incidentally, Ruby is the spitting image of Gracie...even the little white dust on her nose. Both GORGEOUS.
