Skin Cancer Tumors

I have read that boxers have a tendency to get Cancer in the the form of Skin tumors.

Can anyone send me a link with pictures that show me what Skin Cancer tumors look like. I have a white boxer who loves the outdoors. I just would like to know what Cancerous tumors would look like

thanks,
