Size of dog???

Louie our red and white male is approx 7 and a half months old now , what would an average height and weight be.
I feel athough he is fine in himself and eats well he seems to be a bit on the slim side .

Just got some weights and height for Louie.
Weight =22kg or 48 pounds
height =23 inches or 585 mm.
Is this normal for a 7 and a half month old pup???

That sounds right. Hogan is 7 1/2 mos. too. Last we weighed him he was 45lbs on March 5. (I know he just went through another growth spurt last week though) I can't get his height measurement because he won't stand still for the tape, but it's around 22-23 inches.

My Daisy is almost 2yrs and weighs approximately 45 lbs. The vet says she is fine, just petite. I was worried as you are when she was a pup, but as long as your boy is eating well and active and the vet says he's okay, don't worry.

Sounds like he is on track

Most growing Boxers are on the slimmer side and as long as he is fit it is not a problem. There is a big difference between lean and fit, and skinny.

We are looking for a boxer puppy and it seems there are different styles of boxers?
Some seem taller and leaner, others seem shorter and muscular.....What is the difference and how do you know what kind you will end up, besides looking at the parents?

I heard that some are English? I don't get it.
