Boxer Chest

Hello.
My husband was told by someone who comes into his work that if you feed a large breed dog on a box or crate that keeps his head level while eating it will help make their chest bigger. Now, im not very vet or dog experienced in that way. It sounds really far fetched to me, but who am i to say. So, I am asking all of you, the boxer world.. Does feeding a dog on a crate help them make the chest bigger?

Thank you

Ha! That's a new one.

No, it does not. The size of a dog's chest will be determined by its genes, and not by what you feed or how you feed it.

Also, it's important to note that it is not recommended to use raised feeders, as this increases the possibility of developing "bloat", or gastric torsion, a very fatal condition.

Good luck with your pup!

Please do not buy one of those things, I firmly believe had we not used one, Dakoda would still be with us today.

The things people come up with sometimes really boggles my mind.
Not even the smallest bit possible.
