what weight should a boxer bitch be?

i got my boxer 2 and a half weeks ago quite underweight and am not sure what weight she should be. she is 2 yrs old next week and is 20.5 inches tall , and she is around the 24lb mark, i have been feeding her chicken and pasta with her biscuit to fatten her up but just need to know when to start slowing down with it thanks for the help. x

Harley was a rescue. I got her from a pound and she was emaciated. You could see all her bones. It was so gross to look at her. It took months to get the weight on her to where she didn't look bad, but it took over a year to get her to fill out to a good weight. Which I assume was partially because she was also still growing, she was about a year old when I brought her home.

And you don't want her to gain it fast anyway. Just a good steady pace. Best of luck

By bitch, do you mean female and not an intact one. I hope she is spayed.

Lily is 5 and her weight is 65 lbs. Though she could lose about 10 lbs.
