Question about lower lip

Hi all,

Yesterday I was playing with my puppy (9 weeks old) and noticed a little something that could be nothing.
It seemed that his lower lip was somewhat "attached" to the left and right front corners of his mouth respectively (gums, right below the sharp pointed canine teeth). The lip does not fold down at these spots (like I assumed it would) like the rest of the lip.

I'm basically asking to find out if this is a normal physiological trait of the boxer's mouth or something I should be concerned about. He has a vet appointment this saturday but I can't stifle my curiousity enough to not ask here first haha.

He is eating, drinking, and playing just fine.

Thanks in advance for yalls help!
