So if I'm crying my eyes out just reading an excerpt from the first chapter, this is a book I'll be buying soon....

I just saw this at Starbucks. I wanted to pick it up but was in a hurry. Has anyone read it?

I just read the excerpt and then went on amazon and read reviews. The next time I order something from amazon, this book will be included in the order. Thanks for letting us know this book existed.

Funny, my boxer passed away yesterday, and in talking to an ex girlfriend who spent the first 2 years with her, she recommended that I buy this exact book. She said it was great.

After all the sad news in the past few days, I may hold off on reading this one for a bit...

I just finished it. The first chapter is hard, but it does get happier. It is more of a tale about the owner and family as seen through the eyes of Enzo. A tale of heartbreak, love, treachery and redemption. I was crying so hard at the end that I freaked CG out. He couldn't understand that I was crying over the book. Yet, it does have a happy ending (or begining?).
