Thumbs up For the Love of a Dog

I am currently reading "For the Love of a Dog" by Patricia McConnell. I'm not finished with it yet, but I'm really enjoying it so far! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning more about how dogs experience emotion and how to 'read' your dogs' emotions.

I am reading the same book right now. I about a little over halfway through.

Did you read The Other End of the Leash yet? Another very good book by her.

For the Love of a Dog

I greatly enjoyed reading The Other End of the Leash and now started the new book For the Love of a Dog. I have not finished it yet, but would recommend it strongly. Even the "science" parts are easy to understand (and I am reading it in English).

Thinking of buying this book but since my native language isn't English I was wondering if it's writting in 'difficult' English or is it easy to understand?

Daemones,
English is a foreign language for me also (I am German), but I thought that both books are not difficult to read. The language is very clear and easy to understand. I got a lot of informatin from the books.

I think reading a different language is much easier than writing it, and you seem to be doing very well writing. I don't think you will have any problem at all.
