6 month old pup doesnt woo woo anymore

Greetings, fellow boxer owners.

Carrey has stopped woo-wooing for some time and I can't figure why. When I brought him 4 months ago, he used to woo often though never for prolonged period periods. Most of the time this was when he was playing in his bed with his favorite toys or when he was in the balcony. even playing with me or my bro would set him off.

I think when he stopped wooing was when I left home for a month, about two months after i brought him. He hasn't wooed since I have come back. Though he did get a little euphoric the first two weeks after I was back.

Incidentally, he has grown more energetic during that period and I have responded by providing at least 2-3 hours of physical exercise everyday in the form of games, training and walks at different times everyday. That does not include some hours of leash free time he spends in the garden. As a result he barely ever plays with his toys anymore, and whenever he's inside the house he's either asleep or lying about.

Is it possible that the physical exercise or my absence for some time could have stopped him from wooing ? Or is it just normal for a pup ?
