We're doing a "Taste of Agility" class- basically a less formal version of a foundations class. I work during the time for the foundations/competition class...so we're in this one. Today was basically try some of the (mostly non-regulation) equipment out and get your dog used to being on different surfaces.
He was a super star.

Jumped thru the hoop jump without any issues (have done that before).

Walked right on to the low dog walk and trotted across, then slowly made his way down the other side (no crazy leaps, thank goodness). Did the regular jumps (do those in rally, so no big surprise there). Ran thru the mini tunnel like a champ.
The trainer wanted to use him to demo the mini teeter since he seemed not scared of stepping on things. He stomped on it, it moved....he got all excited and jackhammer punched it again. Then kept running back and forth across it. You could almost see him grinning when he'd get to the middle and it would "teeter" down.

I think he would have done that all day. Trainer said she'd get a taller one out for us to try next week.
I cannot wait for next week.
