FINALLY ... a test date

we are finally taking our CGC and TDI tests this coming Sunday with Liam and Moby.
the testing will be between 9am and Noon but we don't know what our time slot will be yet. hubby and I are a little nervous but we are trying to put it out of our minds until Sunday. just practicing when we can and not changing anything.
so.....can we ask for some happy and lucky vibes for sunday?

Best wishes to you - I'm sure that you all will do great. To help keep from being nervous remember that even if you don't pass the first time, Liam and Moby are still great boxers! You can take the test at any time. Of course I tried to tell myself this when Bella and I took the CGC and it didn't make me any less nervous! But we passed the first go around and I'm sure that you will too!

thanks so much for the support! tomorrow is the big day!!!!
we're very proud of our boys! we can't wait until tomorrow!!!!
we received the line-up and Moby and I are the second "team" to test. Hubby is dead last with Liam. I'm actually glad we're early on since Moby can get a bit figity waiting around.
i keep going thru all the test exercises in my mind...calmly. and trying to only envision positive outcomes! putting all negative thoughts and "what if's" out of my mind and replacing them with happy thoughts. don't know if it's helping my anxiety level at all but I'm trying.

i know to some of you that compete in obedience...this may seem like a piece of cake to you. but to us it's a huge milestone. especially since Moby is deaf and so many people in the world think he is "untrainable". i can't wait until we start to compete in obedience...and show the world how smart deaf dogs really are!!!! i'm determined now!

hi all!
all the vibes worked!
we all passed our tests with flying colors!
moby and I were second in the line up and he did absolutely awesome! did everything he was supposed to exactly!!! perfect! perfect! perfect!
liam and hubby we 6th to go and they did a beautiful job, too. liam was right on with everything!
it was an amazing experience and we're so proud that our dogs are now official Canine Good Citizens and Certified Therapy Dogs with TDI.

we stopped at the pet supply on the way home and the boys each got some lamb patties and a new toy each.
did i say how proud we are!!!!!!!!
we've got two of the best boys in the world!!!!
