I don't think it's a problem to take the ABC guidelines with you.
That said, why not just email and ask for a list of exactly what was carried out, how often, and what the results were? Then, if you find it was just a visit to the local vet, you know not to bother further. And if it's a nice list of the appropriate tests, all you need then is the hard copies of results (which she should be quite happy to supply you with).
