Bless you for taking them in and I wish you the best with them!!! It is truly a huge undertaking!!!! I did a litter of 5 last year...not quite as young but somewhere around the 10-12 day mark.. What a job!!!
I dont think she can go into labor 2x.. but I am no vet.. Maybe call one and see what they tell you.. Keep us posted!!
