Hey, come on. You can't wait two weeks to take a dog to the vet because it suits your insurance plan. Most vets will make room for a dog with a medical issue that needs looking at (as opposed to just a routine check-up) and if they won't then you need a better vet.

*If* she has a UTI then she will be in quite some discomfort (read pain) and if you let it develop further, then you'd be looking at a lot longer for recovery. And if she has an incontenence problem, there may be a medical cause that needs treatment. Save the self-diagnosis and treatments for after you know what the problem is.

If it is incontenence due to weak muscles, then parsley is a natural diuretic that can be a better alternative to meds (no nasty side effects). Yes, it has to be chopped. Dogs don't digest plant material very well, so whole parsley will pass through largely undigested and she'll get no benefit from it. Chopping it is not particularly onerous
