If Maisie Lynn continues to have great check ups then we will breed her.

Vet check-ups mean very little as far as breeding suitability goes. You need to be concerned about her genetic health, which means seeing specialists, as general practice vets have neither the knowledge nor the skill to assess these things. Ignoring genetic health means you have a very good chance of producing puppies that will drop dead when they're 2-3 years old - is that really something you want to do?
You also need to choose a stud dog for a reason other than he's also a client of your vet - the whole point of breeding is to create dogs that look and act like Boxers are supposed to, while improving the overall health and longevity of the breed. To do any less is to harm the breed.

I don't think that all byb are all bad.

Of course they are - that's part and parcel of the definition of a BYB. Certainly they're not all evil, and they're not all malicious, and they're not all intentionally harming the breed - but they are harming it, but ignoring such important things, and so they are "bad" for the breed as a whole.
For future reference, though, remember that we only support responsible breeding at this site; until and unless you do the proper testing and send the details of your breeding program to the administrators, you are not to discuss any breeding plans you may have on this board.
