[Indy B's Mom]

I just had Ty and Peyton out to potty-on their leashes-and to get some fresh air. My neighbors have their cattle dog loose running around while they are out. I had to quickly rush Peyton back in, since she is in heat. My vent: their dog is 6 years old and they never bothered to have him neutered-they say there was never any reason to! So, it's a gorgeous day and poor Peyton cannot go out to play since my neighbors don't want to be responsible!! Sorry to rant, it just makes me furious!

Oh, for those of you who don't know about Peyton, she came to us a month ago and is having some health issues, but is scheduled to be spayed May 31st that's the only reason she isn't spayed yet. Just wanted to add that, so you don't think I have double standards lol.
