We have the same problem with our neighbors except with them it's three yappy pugs and a husky. Unfortunatly one of their baby pugs came into our yard and was killed by our lab. They understand it can happen because they had another husky escape and kill another neighbors toy yorkie. Now luckily after two years it has finally just become a game and a good energy burner for our babies. They come into the house immediatly when called. We also make sure our fence is always in good condition. Maybe if you just give it time he'll begin to ignore it or at least not get soo riled up.
