Absolutely. You should never be dressed more casually than the judge; this means that men may remove their jackets if the judge does, but should keep them on if the judge does. For women, it's not a lot of help the first time, but if you show to a female judge who is wearing a pantsuit, you know that you can wear a pantsuit the next time you show to her.
