And what about when your dog has WAY too much enthusiasm?

After seeing Laika this past weekend... do you have any tips on how to curb her "out of control" behavior. A little bit of background: Laika has always been a slightly more "difficult" dog in that she will blow me off no matter what. That is actually one of the reasons we started agility, so that she could learn to focus her attention on me and take cues from me. Now, in class she does beautifully. (Seriously we had class the monday after the match and she was soooo good... I wanted to strangle her). But clearly, in a match type situation I'm just not nearly interesting enough. (Even though I have food, toys, etc... she could care less).

Have you had this happen to you before? or do you know anyone who has? What has been their/your approach to dealing with it? I mean aside from doing a lot of matches and hoping she will become bored with it eventually, cause I have a feeling it'll take a LOT of matches before she gets used to the excitement if ever at all.

Apollo did so good. I'm totally jealous.
