I dont think there is a problem
I think as we all know, you can get a lot worse
Accidents happen and it looks like she does everything by the books and is pretty bummed about it. I personally dont think price has anything to do with it really. Many byb and pet stores charge the same, if not more for a puppy than you would for a breeder anyway.
