Your question is a little confusing but I think I understand. I think most bad dogs are due to no training. Different dogs will react differently in situation naturally but through training we can control and modify behaviors.

My two dogs are very opposite in temperment. Brutus is confident and dominant...as a puppy he was a biter and challenged authority. He is always alpha when playing with other dogs and usually makes sure the other dogs knows he is top. Amaya was much more scared and timid as a pup...she did not bite as she knew her omega role but we had problems with building her confidence.

As you can see we have two extremes. My trainer joked that we were going after the opposite of Brutus and got Amaya. Each dog requried a little different training and approach but through trainng and understanding they are both wonderful dogs and very obedient. They are both currently in a junior level obdience class which is off leash.

I don't believe temperment plays a big role in outcomes...only in what steps you need to take to train. An untrained dog will have problems no matter what and a trained dog will be a good pet.

YOu should be able to find more information on the internet about temprement test or talk to a trainer and ask what to look for.
