I fried my first one last Thanksgiving. I also roasted one. I injected it with seasoning and deep fried it for 3 min per pound. The end result was plenty of leftover ROASTED turkey. Dookie was correct with the warnings. do not overfill the oil. Most cookers are marked with the oil level.Try it and have a happy.
