Lots of ??? HELP!!!
Hi all......we picked out our pup today. She is a very pretty fawn with a very skinny white stripe down her nose and a little bit of flash..small white boots and a bit of white on the chest. She is gorgeous! Well, we need names, please vote!!!
We have 2 cats, age 5 years. Their names are Zoe (pronounced Zoey) and Chloe (Chloey). So I was thinking of Josephina so she could be Josie and the pussy cats. So we could call her Josie or Joey.....which also rhymes with the other furbaby names.
Or, Quincy.....when I looked in the baby name book, I looked up Quinn because I like that name. In this book, Quincy means "fifth." I am not kidding. There is only me, my husband, and the 2 cats, so she will be the 5th member of our family. Cool......but my husband thinks it is a bit manly sounding and she is totally girlie. (Even though he wants to call her Bruiser (joke) and not get her girlie looking things!!!)
So, these are a few of the ideas. The Momma's name is Sasha. I am braindead at the moment and can't remember the dad's name. I know his AKC name sort of.....can't get it straight......oh I don't know!
Also, please tell me if it is usual practice to have the breeder fill out the papers for you and send them in. My brother in law got his boxer baby a few weeks ago and the breeder gave him the papers. My breeder said to have the name chosen by 6/23 when I go to get her, as she will fill out the papers then. HELP???? I am such a newbie!!!
My mom gave us her crate and it is a giant one. I know we can put in a divider. It is 6 inches longer than the one in the book that I read said to get. Only 2 inches wider and 2 inches taller (approx). What do you think? Too big?
THANKS in advance, I look forward to many responses!!!!! Jami
