I mix! I mix one cup of Wellness and one cup of Nutram, I keep their food in sealed containers in a special cupboard made for them by their bowls and each get a scoop of each food. Not for variety but for price too. Also if my supplier or myself runs out of one food they always have the other to eat without bothering their stomachs on a diff food.
