I don't think I can answer all of your questions, but I did want to tell you to watch out for those big bones. Was it the kind that's sort of meaty/messy, and has marrow inside? Our boy Chewy also got really sick from one of those, and it triggered pancreatitis in him which is quite nasty and a pain to treat, and he was sick for about a year or so. I would recommend sticking with hollowed out, sterilized bones.

Also, I've heard that grapes are poisonous to dogs. I guess a couple here and there won't hurt, but I wouldn't recommend them as a treat.

I do think it's good for them to have something crunchy as a snack, but rawhide is not recommended at all as it can cause stomach problems. Pig ears are borderline, and you have to watch your dogs very closely if you give them some - they are exceptionally easy to choke on once they got soft and small. My husband had to pull one out of Chewy's throat once. Not fun.

Your other treat ideas sound fine to me, and Canidae is a great food. Sounds like they are lucky dogs!
