I don't know what I would do! I would want to see if her dog was hurt, but like every one else said, her dog was off leash also and she was in the house. So its not like she was out looking for her dog. She was just letting it roam! Did she say anything to you as you - YOU were pulling the two apart! Did she even try to help?? Its up to you, you will make the best choice! I would say just leave a note with just the cell # Don't offer to pay just yet. Cause she might take the money with out the dog being hurt! Just let her know you wanted to make sure her dog was ok and explain the situation.
