I would definitley take her. I don't think it will make things any worse for Jake and would probably make him happy.
With heart problems you are supposed to try to keep them as calm as possible. I have had no luck in that area. Molly is only 2 so she is still a hyper maniac. They said her medication might maker her more tired, HA!!! It didn't have any "calming" effect on my sweetie so when she is being an absolute nut I try to calm her a bit but for the most part I just let her be a normal boxer.
I want her to have the best life she can even if it is at the cost of a slightly shorter life span. Molly's only symptom was one fainting episode and since being on medication she has never displayed anything that would make you think she had BCM. She also has an older sister, an older brother and a cat and she loves and plays with them all. I say go for it!!!! If I can answer any questions for you or give you any info about BCM please PM me.
