We had a steady flow of people the whole time of the showing. The only negatives were, the carpet is a bit worn and the bedrooms are small. I can't change the bedrooms, but I can put new carpet in. We were going back and forth on the carpet. Many people end up ripping out the carpet after buying a house to get something they like better. I hate my carpet, but I figure with the dogs I will need to change it soon enough. I am going to talk to my realtor later and see what she suggests.
