There is no quick fix with a boxer pup and now that he has entered adolescence he will be more of a challenge. It will take time, consistency and patience. If you don't have him in training classes that might be a good place to start but the work is not just in class, it is 24/7 and don't expect him to be the 'perfect dog' until he is about 3y/o. All pups need to learn patience and self control. This is where good manners come from. For leash walks you might want to try a gentle leader or halti until he learns to walk nicely by your side. He needs to learn to respect all of the humans in the home, even the newborn when s/he arrives. Have your 10y/o be VERY involved with his care, feeding and training. He must see her as a provider worthy of his respect, not a play toy.
