It doesn't look bad. It might be a bit low in meat, but that is really impossible to tell. You could always add some additional meat to it. It probably wouldn't hurt to feed a bag occasionally to your rotation.
I found the review on Dog Food Analysis. It's a 4*, which isn't bad.
