Boxers don't play gentle The barking, growling, pawing, wrestling, etc. is COMPLETELY normal boxer play. They are very physical dogs and sometimes it will sound downright brutal but most of the time it is completely harmless, especially at this age.

What you want to watch out for is one pup "bullying" the other -- meaning, if one puppy looks like it is trying to get away from the other, especially with its tail tucked, then that means it's not having fun anymore and they should be separated. But as long as they both keep going back for more then there is no reason to worry.
