I compared the Dremel 750-02 for ebay and amazon and amazon is cheaper when including shipping if it's brandnew. The cheapest I could find on ebay for buy now was 32 dollars shipped and amazon has it for 30 bucks shipped.
The Dremel 761-03 is only 5 dollars cheaper, but not sure why it's worse?

I personally like the cordless so I am not wrestling with the cord. It is holding up great. I have been known to use it on a few things around the house with other attachments on it.
The one I got off ebay was a new one in original packaging. You can also keep an eye out at hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot, Sears maybe for them on sale. If it has more rpm's you can always just use it on low

Anywhere that sells a dremel will have the filing drums you need too. They are pretty universal.
