Don't ask "could I speak to a supervisor?" tell them "I can see your not going to give me the answers I need, so I want to speak to your supervisor." Also, don't know if you'd want to do this, but get ahold of your local TV news. They usually have a "problem solver" type person who investigates stuff. Tell them your story. Last thing this bank would want is bad publicity. You didn't lose your paperwork, they did. TELL YOU MOM RIGHT AWAY. I know it's hard, but I know I would move heaven and earth to help my DDs.
