Ok, so I put this off about as long as I can. Tyson needs to get registered with the American Canine Association. I would like to do this before his first birthday 1/14. We have pretty much picked out his name, Max Baer with our last names at the end.
Couple questions though:

What is the difference between the ACA and the AKC? (his parents are reg. with ACA)

We would like to get him tatooed, would we be able to "redo" his registration with the numbers from his tatooing?

Also, how far back should we get his pedigree? We definately want it, but not sure if I should get the 3,4, or 5 generation?
