I haven't been on for ages either....and yet I stuck my head in today. Maybe it was so I could offer you a little support.

Sometimes it gets to the stage where you really have to bite the bullet and put you and your own family first. You are doing a great job, I don't think I could do it, but please be careful and not do too much. Your own health could be put at risk here. You need to be able to see when enough is enough.
