I am ecstatic to let you all know that our bid was accepted today! I am on cloud nine because I LOVE this home! An even greater part that we learned today as we went out through the woods more is that there is a marked out trail that runs along side of the river and leads to a big dog park/ people park including: (dark park~ of course; tennis courts, basketball courts, a play ground, and a pool) all accessable from a trail in our back yard! When we went to see it again today... we walked down the 60 ft. to the river and there were deer playing right out back!
We are due to close on May 30'th and can move in on June 1'st! Woohoo! The dogs will be soooooooooooooooooo happy!
