We had this happen with Abbi's ears after the vet said it was okay to take the tape/posts out. We figured out to put a little athletic tape on the tips of her ears (where they were curling over) and also to roll the tips in between our fingertips to make sure to break up the scar tissue. It took for-ev-er for the tape to come off but we've been really happy with it since. Hope this helps!
