I was going to post and ask what could be substituted for the wheat flour...I don't know if Rolen has a wheat allergy, but I try to steer clear of wheat and corn...so rye flour is a good substitute? Can you get that at a regular grocery store?
The bars sound like something Rolen would absolutely love!
I'll have to make them for him sometime!
