Well, one last solution would be to ask the breeder if she'll babysit for the 2 weeks you're gone
You couldn't put a young pup like that in kennels... but she could go 'home' for a short stint. As long as she'd be kept in the house and not outdoors in kennels, anyway, so that her human socialisation and housetraining continues. Maybe worth a thought.
