So sorry to hear the diagnosis. I would never presume to say whether you should or shouldn't go through with the chemo but whatever you choose, spoil him like he's never been spoiled before! Take comfort in knowing that he has lived a full life and provided you with much love and companionship. If he could tell you this himself, he would sit your down and tell you how much he appreciates and loves you. I've asked myself many times, why do I keep getting animals when they go so way too soon? But I know that I could never live without them no matter how quickly they may pass through our lives. So relish you time with him regardless of what you choose. Your friends will be there to get your through!
