Boxer seems afraid/cautious around kids
I need advice...our boxer is almost 7 months old and loves everyone, she does not show agression. However, we do not have kids and aren't around them that often. My husband coaches baseball and I noticed just recently that at the baseball field she always seems startled or jumps suddenly if a child tries to pet her. Usually she is okay after a few minutes but she always seems "freaked out" (for lack of a better word) when we are around a lot of kids. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice? We don't know a lot of kids that we can take her around right now, but we do plan to have children in the future and want her to be ok with them.
